This Service Agreement outlines the terms under which The Super Stuff LLC provides digital services to clients.
Scope of Services
Services offered may include but are not limited to:
- Book publishing services
- Ghostwriting services
- Editing and proofreading
- Website development
- SEO and digital marketing
- Branding and design
- Ecommerce website development
- Author website development
Each project scope will be defined and agreed upon before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project requirements, necessary materials and content, timely feedback and approvals, and prompt communication during the project. Failure to provide necessary information may delay project timelines.
Project Timeline
Project timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the work. Delays caused by the client, including late approvals or missing information, may result in extended delivery timelines.
Payment Terms
All projects require payment as set out in the agreed payment schedule. Payments may be required upfront, in milestones, or upon completion. Work commences only after payment requirements are fulfilled. All fees are quoted and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD $) unless a written custom proposal states otherwise. Payments may be accepted by card and, where agreed in writing, by invoice or bank transfer.
Revisions
The number of revisions allowed may vary depending on the service package purchased. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Once the project is completed and final payment has been received, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
The Super Stuff LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Payment Scheme and Card Scheme Compliance
Where payment for services is processed via a card or payment network, the following terms apply:
- The client agrees to comply with all applicable Payment Scheme Rules and Card Scheme Rules (as defined by the relevant card networks, such as Visa and Mastercard) and all applicable laws in connection with their use of our services and any associated payment processing.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and remaining informed of applicable Payment Scheme Rules that may be updated from time to time by the relevant card networks or payment processors.
- In the event that a potential fine, penalty, or regulatory inquiry arises from the client's conduct, the client agrees to cooperate reasonably and promptly with The Super Stuff LLC and any relevant processor or card scheme in responding to such matter.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Super Stuff LLC from and against any fines, penalties, costs, or losses arising from the client's breach of this Agreement or any applicable Payment Scheme Rules.
- If required thresholds or conditions are met under applicable processor or card scheme requirements, the client may be required to enter into a direct agreement with the relevant payment processor under applicable processor terms. The Super Stuff LLC will notify the client if such a requirement arises.
- Card payments are processed securely through the authorised payment processor in use at the time of transaction. The Super Stuff LLC does not store full card details.
Accepted Payment Methods
Services may be paid for by card and, where agreed in writing, by invoice or bank transfer. Payment structure may vary by project size, service type, or proposal terms. All applicable taxes, fees, and charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Business Identity
The Super Stuff LLC is the contracting entity for services offered through this website. Where referenced in project communication, Barred Pen and Elvee Code are internal service lines used for publishing and digital service delivery and are not separate legal entities.
Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing or using services from The Super Stuff LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
