Delivery & Fulfilment

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing. Estimated timelines are confirmed before project commencement and depend on scope, package, and timely client input.

Deliverables are provided via email or an agreed digital platform. Revision rounds are as specified in the selected package or project proposal.

Refunds & Cancellations

Eligibility depends on service stage and work completed at the time of request. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@thesuperstuffllc.com.

Approved refunds are processed in USD ($) within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Privacy & Data Security

All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. Full payment card details are never stored by The Super Stuff LLC. Card processing is handled entirely by our authorised third-party processor.

Personal information is used solely to fulfil your service request. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Business Identity

The Super Stuff LLC is the contracting entity for services offered through this website. Where referenced, Barred Pen and Elvee Code are internal service lines used for publishing and digital service delivery and are not separate legal entities.
