This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds for services provided by The Super Stuff LLC.
Nature of Services
All services provided by The Super Stuff LLC are professional digital services. No physical goods are delivered unless explicitly agreed in writing. Because services involve the allocation of professional time, expertise, and resources, refund and cancellation eligibility is assessed based on the stage of work completed at the time of the cancellation request.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@thesuperstuffllc.com. Please include your project reference, the reason for the request, and any supporting information. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and advise on eligibility based on project stage and the terms below.
Order Cancellation by The Company
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
- Errors in pricing or service information
- Technical issues
- Fraud detection
- Incomplete order information
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation by the Client
Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before project work begins.
- If the project has already started, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Work has not yet started on the project
- The client cancels the order within the initial project phase
- The request complies with our refund terms
Refunds may not be issued if:
- Work has been completed or delivered
- Revisions have already been requested
- The client has approved the project stage
- Services such as SEO, digital marketing campaigns, or hosting have already begun
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the stage of the project and work completed. Bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Currency
All refund amounts are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD $). The Super Stuff LLC does not reimburse any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
