Delivery Policy

How and When We Deliver Our Services

This Delivery Policy applies to all services provided by The Super Stuff LLC (registered and operated in the United States) and explains how project deliverables are provided to clients.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered by The Super Stuff LLC, including book publishing, website design and development, and digital marketing, are professional digital services. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly agreed in a separate written arrangement.

2. Delivery Method

Completed deliverables are provided to clients digitally through one or more of the following channels:

  • Email to the address provided at the time of engagement
  • A shared cloud platform, file transfer service, or project management tool agreed at kickoff
  • Direct download link or staged delivery via an agreed communication channel

The specific delivery method is confirmed at the start of each engagement.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Timelines vary by service type, package, and scope. All estimated timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. As a general guide:

  • Book Publishing — Basic: 7–14 business days from confirmation and receipt of materials
  • Book Publishing — Standard/Premium: 2–6 weeks depending on manuscript length and scope
  • Website Design & Development — Basic: 5–10 business days
  • Website Design & Development — Standard/Premium: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity
  • Digital Marketing: Campaign setup within 5–7 business days; ongoing services on an agreed monthly cycle

These are indicative timelines only. The exact delivery date is always confirmed in writing prior to project commencement.

4. Project Commencement

Work begins after: (a) written confirmation of the agreed scope, deliverables, and timeline; (b) payment of the required deposit or full amount as specified; and (c) receipt of any client-provided materials or access required to begin. Delivery timelines are calculated from the date all conditions are met.

5. Milestone Delivery

For larger or more complex projects, deliverables may be provided in agreed stages or milestones. Each milestone is confirmed and approved before the next phase begins. Milestone schedules are set out in the project agreement.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included is determined by the package selected or as specified in the project proposal. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe agreed at kickoff. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted and charged separately.

7. Client Responsibilities and Delays

Delivery timelines depend on timely provision of materials, content, feedback, and approvals by the client. Delays caused by late client responses, incomplete materials, or scope changes may extend delivery timelines. The Super Stuff LLC will notify clients of any expected impact on the schedule as soon as reasonably practicable.

If a project is on hold for more than 30 days due to client inaction, a reactivation fee may apply upon resumption.

8. Acceptance of Deliverables

Deliverables are considered accepted unless the client provides written notice of specific objections within the review period specified in the project agreement. Feedback should be specific, actionable, and within the agreed project scope.

9. Export and Jurisdiction Restrictions

Services may not be available in certain jurisdictions restricted by applicable law, international sanctions, or payment-provider rules. The Super Stuff LLC is registered and operated in the United States. 10. Force Majeure

The Super Stuff LLC is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform failures, government actions, or force majeure events. We will notify affected clients promptly and minimise disruption where possible.

11. Currency

All service fees are quoted and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD $). No physical goods are sold and no shipping fees apply.
