SMS participation requires separate consent as described below.

Services & project agreements
Our services include digital platforms, automation, publishing support, and business execution. Deliverables, pricing, schedules, revision limits, and responsibilities are established in an accepted proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement. A specific signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms for that engagement.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate instructions, timely approvals, necessary access, and materials you have permission to use. Do not provide unlawful, infringing, misleading, or malicious content. Changes to scope or delayed feedback may require revised pricing or timelines, subject to written agreement.
Payments, cancellation & refunds
Fees, payment milestones, cancellation rights, and any refund conditions are stated in the applicable written proposal or service agreement. Additional work requires agreement on scope and fees. Contact us promptly about billing concerns or cancellation requests. Nothing in these terms removes refund rights or other protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property & confidentiality
You retain rights in materials you supply. Ownership or licensing of deliverables is determined by the applicable service agreement; third-party assets and software remain subject to their own licenses. Our website content, branding, and underlying materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except as allowed by law. Nonpublic project information must be used only for the agreed work and handled with appropriate confidentiality.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website or our services for unlawful activity, unsolicited messaging, impersonation, infringement, unauthorized system access, or interference with service operation. We may restrict access or suspend work where necessary to address misuse, security risks, or material breaches, subject to the applicable service agreement and law.
SMS / MMS program terms

With your consent, we may send inquiry responses, appointment or consultation reminders, project updates, service notifications, and customer support messages. This program does not send promotional offers or marketing messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Opt-in and authorized number
You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. SMS enrollment requires selecting the optional, initially unchecked SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting that form. Providing a phone number or accepting these terms alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message from the program to cancel SMS communications from that sending number. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. You may also contact us to request removal. Opting out of texts does not cancel a service agreement.

Rates, frequency and delivery
Frequency varies with your inquiry, project activity, and the messaging categories you authorize. Your carrier may charge message and data fees. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency communication service.
Mobile privacy

Third-party services & results
Hosting, software, publishing platforms, payment services, and other third-party services may have their own terms and fees. We do not control their availability or decisions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee revenue, rankings, sales, publication acceptance, platform approval, or other business outcomes.
Disclaimers & liability
Website information is provided for general informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website access and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Material changes to an existing service engagement require any notice or agreement required by its contract or law; changes do not automatically expand SMS consent.
