The Super Stuff LLC / Legal

Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information — including your mobile number and SMS consent.

Effective date: October 11, 2026

01

Who we are

The Super Stuff LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates thesuperstuffllc.com and provides digital execution, automation, publishing, and business support services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, inquiries, services, and SMS/MMS communications.

02

Mobile information & SMS privacy

We do not sell or share consumer personal information, including phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional purposes, or lead generation.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS consent is specific to The Super Stuff LLC and is not transferred to other brands or businesses. Messaging technology providers and carriers may process the information necessary to deliver our messages and manage opt-outs on our behalf, solely to operate the messaging service, not for their own marketing or lead generation.

03

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, service interests, project details, and messages submitted through our contact channels.
  • Service records: proposals, communications, project materials, billing details, and transaction records relevant to an engagement.
  • SMS records: your mobile number, messages, consent evidence, and opt-in or opt-out status when you participate in our messaging program.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security or hosting logs generated when you use the website.
04

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support services, manage billing and business records, secure our systems, comply with applicable obligations, and communicate with you through the channels you authorize. SMS messages are limited to the purposes covered by your consent.

05

Limited service-related disclosures

We may disclose information needed to perform a service to providers supporting hosting, communications, payment processing, or project delivery, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and prevent fraud. These service-related purposes do not permit marketing or lead-generation sharing of personal information, mobile information, or SMS consent data. The mobile-information protections above apply to all sharing categories in this policy.

06

SMS consent & your choices

Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or accepting website terms does not by itself constitute consent to recurring or promotional text messages. We obtain affirmative SMS consent through the optional, initially unchecked checkbox on our contact form. We retain the submitted consent choice, mobile number, submission timestamp, source page, and disclosure version. Our current SMS program covers customer updates and support only; it does not include promotional messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies according to your inquiry, project, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the number that messaged you to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email workwithus@thesuperstuffllc.com. See our SMS Terms for details.

07

Cookies & third-party resources

Our website and hosting services may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect functionality. Pages may load fonts or other resources from third-party services, which can receive your IP address and browser information when a resource is requested. External websites linked from our site have their own privacy practices.

08

Retention & security

We retain personal information only as needed for the purposes described here, our legal and contractual obligations, and resolving disputes. Consent and suppression records may be retained to demonstrate permission and honor opt-out requests. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through ordinary SMS or website inquiry fields.

09

Access, correction & deletion

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and retain information where legally required. Withdrawing SMS consent does not prevent you from requesting services through other channels.

10

Children & international processing

Our services and SMS program are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. Information may be processed in locations where we and our service providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.

11

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide notice or request new consent before materially changing how we use your information. A policy update does not automatically expand your SMS consent.
